1.1. Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person at the hotel.
1.2. The booking is binding and is considered accepted once confirmed by the hotel.
1.3. The hotel reserves the right to reject bookings without providing reasons.
1.4. Special conditions apply to group bookings and must be arranged with the hotel in advance. - Payment Conditions:
2.1. Payment is usually made at check-in.
2.2. The hotel accepts major credit cards as well as cash payments.
2.3. Different payment conditions may apply for special rates or offers.
2.4. In the case of non-refundable bookings, the full amount is due at the time of booking. - Cancellations and Changes:
3.1. Cancellations or changes must be made in writing and confirmed by the hotel. (See cancellation conditions)
3.2. Cancellations made within a certain period before the arrival date may be subject to cancellation fees.
3.3. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
3.4. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative accommodation will be offered, or payments already made will be refunded. - Check-in and Check-out:
4.1. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
4.2. Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM.
4.3. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible, subject to availability and for an additional fee. - Guest Responsibility:
5.1. The guest is responsible for all damages or losses that occur during their stay at the hotel.
5.2. The hotel is not liable for valuables left in the room or in the common areas.
5.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. - Behavior in the Hotel:
6.1. Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff.
The hotel reserves the right to deny access to guests who violate the house rules or to expel them from the hotel without entitlement to a refund.
